How work is saved in the Workspace.

Save to a file
احفظ في ملف
Project → Save (Ctrl+S) or Save As (Ctrl+Shift+S) downloads a .gcbproject file. Project → Open (Ctrl+O) reopens it on any computer.
Project ← Save (Ctrl+S) أو Save As (Ctrl+Shift+S) ينزّل ملف .gcbproject. وProject ← Open (Ctrl+O) يعيد فتحه على أي جهاز.
Save to My Account
احفظ في حسابي
When signed in, Project → Save to My Account keeps the project in your account; Open from My Account lists projects saved on any device. My account (/account/) shows your saved data.
عند تسجيل الدخول، Project ← Save to My Account يحفظ المشروع في حسابك؛ وOpen from My Account يعرض المشاريع المحفوظة من أي جهاز. وصفحة My account (/account/) تعرض بياناتك المحفوظة.
Recovery copy
نسخة الاسترداد
While you work the Workspace keeps a recovery copy in this browser; the header shows "Recovery saved locally". It is lost if browser data is cleared, so it does not replace a saved project file.

Example: hand a project to a colleague
مثال: تسليم مشروع لزميل
Project → Save As → Site_A_2026-10.gcbproject.
Project ← Save As ← Site_A_2026-10.gcbproject.
Send the file. Your colleague opens /workspace/ and uses Project → Open; layers, styles and the project CRS come back exactly.
أرسل الملف. يفتح زميلك /workspace/ ويستخدم Project ← Open؛ فتعود الطبقات والأنماط ونظام المشروع كما هي.

The File Library and My Account need an internet connection and the online service; when it is unavailable the Library shows "Unable to load library".

"Unable to load library"

Check your connection and try again later; the tools themselves keep working offline.

Open from My Account shows nothing
Open from My Account لا يعرض شيئاً
Sign in first, and save at least one project with Save to My Account.
